Organic Farmer

“I am from Fond St. Jacques, Choiseul. I am here by the Castries market every Saturday. We leave Fond St. Jacques about 5am to get here by 7am depending on which coast we drive. I sell carrots, spring onions, potatoes, cucumbers, salad beans to name a few. I grow my own produce. Organic, of course.

CERTS students
