“Sitting on the block does not pay anyone. The guys sit on the block, give trouble and just complain about the system and everything else including my prices. I have been an ice-cream vendor for over 19 years. I now own a farm a Marc where I grow my produce. I am young in the food vending but in time will grow. I have no time to sit on the block. There is way too much to do.”
